Spring Is Finally Here!!!
Bonjour Mes Amis! I did not know Paris could get any prettier but boy does she shine under the Parisian soleil. Yesterday's high was 73, so me and some friends met up in Jardin des Tuileries to enjoy a picnic under the sun. It was a beautiful day filled with wine, friends, sun and food!! We even made new Parisian friends, the boys gave us tips on picking up Parisians boys (which will most definitely come in handy). I cannot believe that my time in this amazing city is almost coming to the end but that give me more of a reason to explore 24/7. Ready, Set...EXPLORE!!

Yesterday's Adventures
Usually Sundays are "lazy days" in Paris because virtually everything is closed. But my roommate and I decided to explore Paris yesterday and see what adventures were available for us to conquer, and we ended up having a très Parisian day.

The Blonde Salad
Chiara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad is a blogger probably one of the top bloggers in the Fashion industry right now. The Blonde Salad first launched in October 2009 and now is one of the most visited fashion blogs in the world! She has been such an inspiration to new bloggers like myself. During the Chanel Show at Paris Fashion Week A/W 2013, I quickly spotted her and managed to snap a picture with the beautiful Chiara. She looked flawless with her Chanel clutch, Christian Louboutin Pigalle Heels, MSGM Cape, and Céline sunnies. Meeting her was definitely a highlight of Fashion Week, if the entire week was not already a highlight of my life!! xx

Spring Wardrobe
Spring is finally here in Paris and the gloomy cold days are gone (or at least I hope so). Aside from the spontaneous rain/hail storms, the Parisian soleil is out to play. I have been slightly obsessed with everything denim. Recently I visited one of my favorite thrift stores in Paris, Free P'Star, and found an epic cropped jean jacket for just 5 Euros! Currently, I've been making the transition from my black winter leather jacket to my military green jacket/ my thrifted jean jacket (and loving it). Time to kiss the winter wool pea coats goodbye, see ya in December!!
Here are some items that I think are très spring time appropriate and necessary. Enjoy!! xx

Spring in Paris
While abroad in Paris, I have been fortunate enough to bear
witness to a vast range of distinct and tasteful fashion trends on a daily
basis. Quite recently, the Parisian sun decided to make a very
fashionable and much welcomed entrance, signaling that spring has sprung in the
City of Amour. On the more sunnier days, I spend my afternoons in the various
parcs around the city. I was in Jardin des Tuileries the
other afternoon enjoying the soleil after class and caught up
with a friend by the pond.
I
kept my outfit simple by pairing my favorite forest green military inspired
jacket from Banana Republic with a classic très French black and white striped
top from H&M. For the bottoms, I went with some high-waisted Zara shorts
with black tights to keep my legs warm. As for the footwear, I sported my new
Zara flats with gold metal detail on the tip. Since school had just gotten out,
I had my school supplies in my black LongChamp bag and my Linda Farrow sunnies.
